Advanced Nuclear Energy Technology is seeking an Electrical Test & Validation Engineer to join the Engineering department. This role supports the Next Generation Reactor Systems and Test Engineering Teams, focusing on the development and validation of cutting-edge nuclear reactor technology.
About the Role
As an Electrical Test & Validation Engineer, you will be part of a team dedicated to evolving how next-generation nuclear systems are tested and validated. You will apply strong technical problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership mindset to create, schedule, and execute engineered tests for complex electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Your work will involve developing validation strategies that meet rigorous customer, design, and regulatory requirements, while leading the resolution of technical risks across testing programs.
This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to assemble test fixtures and conduct unique testing in regulated environments. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting technical data, reports, and documentation to both internal teams and external customers.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of testing experience with complex electrical or electro-mechanical systems
- verifiedHands-on experience troubleshooting analog and digital electronics using test instrumentation
- verifiedProgramming experience in C, Python, LabVIEW, or LabWindows
- verifiedFamiliarity with automated test systems
