We are a fast-growing global EdTech startup with 300+ teammates across 10 countries, building a new generation of math education grounded in research, teacher empowerment, and real classroom impact. Today, our programs are trusted by 27,000+ teachers across 2,600+ schools, reaching over 600,000 students worldwide.
Headquartered in Barcelona, with a growing U.S. presence across New York, California, Texas, and beyond, we are entering a pivotal stage of expansion. Backed by leading thinkers like Peter Liljedahl (Building Thinking Classrooms), we sit at the intersection of learning science, product innovation, and execution. We operate with a true startup mindset: we move fast, take ownership, experiment constantly, and are deeply driven by the impact we create for teachers and students.
This is a unique opportunity to join early in our U.S. journey, take real ownership, and help build something meaningful from the ground up. As a Math Success Specialist, you will not just support implementation but transform how teachers think about and teach math. You will partner with schools and districts to ensure successful adoption, becoming the trusted math expert for school leaders and teachers.
Your day will involve designing and delivering personalized Professional Development journeys, tailoring coaching plans to each school and teacher. You will coach teachers in real classrooms through observations, live modeling, and feedback cycles, helping to shift instruction toward "thinking classrooms" where students actively reason, explore, and engage deeply with math. You will lead hands-on, math-focused PD sessions and workshops rooted in real classroom practice, building a strong community of math educators across your region. This role requires traveling 30–50% of your time to schools and districts to drive measurable impact, from teacher confidence to student engagement and conceptual understanding.
This role is based in Sacramento or the East Bay. We are open to candidates across the U.S. who are willing to relocate to Sacramento. The position requires significant travel to schools and classrooms within your region.
We offer a high-trust, collaborative culture with real ownership. You will work alongside top educators, mathematicians, and researchers, with direct impact on the growth of our U.S. market. We are mission-driven, focused on transforming how students experience math, and we value an entrepreneurial mindset capable of thinking outside the box.
