About the Role

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a **Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to support, configure, and continuously improve our CRM environment. This role is a fully remote position based in Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate is hands-on in Dynamics 365 Sales, understands CRM process design, and can work directly with sales, IT, and external partners to improve system usability and adoption. You will be responsible for day-to-day CRM administration, user support, data quality, training enablement, vendor coordination, and delivery of small to medium CRM enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleConfigure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales forms, fields, views, and dashboards
  • check_circleSupport CRM data quality through duplicate detection and record merging
  • check_circleAssist with account, contact, and opportunity CRM processes
  • check_circleCoordinate with IT and vendors to execute enhancements
  • check_circlePerform testing for configuration changes and bug fixes
  • check_circleMaintain documentation for CRM processes and release notes

Requirements

  • verified4+ years of CRM administration within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse
  • verifiedExperience configuring CRM forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and security settings.
  • verifiedStrong understanding of CRM data structures, record ownership, duplicate management, and data cleanup.
  • verifiedExperience with Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Power
  • verifiedExperience with ERP/customer master data, quoting, CPQ and data integrations.
  • verifiedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
