About the Role
Join a fast-paced, high-volume retail support team serving the St. Paul metro area. As a Driver Helper / Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple retail locations daily to stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing. This is a hands-on, non-desk role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, thrive in dynamic environments, and can manage their day independently.
You will follow assigned routes or report to a designated starting point each morning, transporting product or working with pre-delivered merchandise. Your day involves loading and unloading items using pallet jacks and dollies, maintaining backstock and sales floor areas, and building merchandise displays to drive visibility. You will manage your daily route schedule to ensure all stops are completed on time while maintaining professional relationships with store personnel.
This is a time-sensitive opportunity where priority is given to candidates who are compliant and ready to start immediately. The role offers consistent weekday work with overtime opportunities, providing a variety of locations and environments where no two days are the same.
