About the Role
In this Transportation & Logistics position, you will be the backbone of our local and regional routes. Your primary mission is to ensure the safe and compliant transport of hazardous materials while providing reliable, customer-focused service. You will operate Class A commercial vehicles, including tankers and box trucks, adhering to strict safety procedures and regulatory standards.
Your day involves more than just driving; you will manage manifests and logs, perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and assist with loading and unloading using specialized equipment like hoses and pumps. By maintaining accurate documentation and communicating professionally with dispatch and facility staff, you help uphold our commitment to DOT and environmental compliance.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully pass background, drug, and alcohol screenings. The role requires a valid CDL Class A license, a clean driving record meeting DOT standards, and a current DOT medical card. Specific route requirements may dictate the need for a Tanker endorsement (N) or Hazardous Materials (HazMat, H) endorsement.
