About the Role

This position serves as a vital link between SIMCO Electronics, its customers, and its vendors. The role focuses on the safe and accurate transportation of equipment, parts, and supplies, ensuring that all transactions are meticulously documented. You will be responsible for driving company vehicles to conduct pickups and deliveries of electrical and other equipment to and from company facilities, laboratories, and customer sites.

In this role, you will act as a professional representative of the company, serving as a liaison between customers and SIMCO Electronics. Your day involves reviewing daily paperwork to establish efficient routes, loading and packing vehicles to ensure safe transportation, and communicating clearly with employees and customers. You will also handle the organization and separation of equipment for various shipping methods, update computer systems with shipment statuses, and process necessary documentation for accounting and customer service departments.
