We are a health technology company built on the belief that every human matters. Our mission is to ensure that everybody everywhere has access to the quality healthcare they deserve. We are dedicated to doing the work of your life to help improve the lives of others.
As a District Technical Manager for Patient Monitoring, you will provide people management, leadership, and strategic direction to technical team members within the Pacific Northwest region. Reporting to the Hospital Patient Monitoring District Services Director, your primary focus is delivering implementation, adoption, optimization, and professional services functions across the district.
In this role, you will guide teams to define project scopes that align with quotes, customer expectations, and needs, ensuring that all promised solutions and services are delivered, serviced, and remain profitable. You will oversee the execution of customer projects and programs to meet contract obligations, including agreed timing, costs, and margins. A key part of your day involves maintaining transparency with stakeholders regarding project status, delivery dates, risks, opportunities, and costs.
You will collaborate closely with the District Services Director, District Clinical Manager, and Project Managers to ensure that standard quality processes are followed. This includes managing success plans, quarterly reviews, KPI setting, milestones, documentation, time writing, and resource management within the system of record.
This is a field-based role requiring significant travel. You can expect to travel up to 75% by car, air, or train to customer sites (hospitals and medical environments), Philips offices, or other locations for meetings, training, and business needs. Frequent overnight stays are required to effectively serve the region.
We believe we are better together than apart. For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least three days per week. However, this specific position is a field role based in the Pacific Northwest, meaning you will be most effectively working outside of the company's main facilities, generally at customers' or suppliers' locations.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. This requisition is expected to remain active for 45 days but may close earlier if a successful candidate is selected or if business necessity dictates.
