CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by a promise to save lives. We discover, develop, and deliver innovative therapies for patients living with conditions in immunology, hematology, cardiovascular and metabolic, respiratory, and transplant therapeutic areas. By leveraging three strategic scientific platforms—plasma fractionation, recombinant protein technology, and cell and gene therapy—we refine ways to address unmet medical needs and help patients lead full lives.
Our parent company, CSL, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, employs 32,000 people and delivers lifesaving therapies to individuals in more than 100 countries. CSL Behring operates one of the world's largest plasma collection networks, CSL Plasma.
The Director, Statistical Programming provides leadership and expertise in driving the development and maintenance of CSL's statistical programming capabilities, ensuring we meet all regulatory obligations. This role manages a team of programmers supporting clinical trials, integrated analyses, annual reporting, regulatory responses, publications, and HTA requests across one or more therapeutic areas.
You will work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical and Statistical Programming to advance our internal programming environment and processes. A key part of your day involves collaborating with statisticians to ensure that deliverables from both internal resources and external providers (CROs and FSPs) are accurate and aligned with CSL standards. As a member of the programming leadership team, you will help bring state-of-the-art methods to the organization, driving automation and the adoption of new technologies like AI to enhance delivery efficiency.
At CSL, Inclusion and Belonging is at the core of our mission. It fuels our innovation day in and day out. By celebrating our differences and creating a culture of curiosity and empathy, we better understand and connect with our patients and donors, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and sustain a diverse workforce that will move our company and industry into the future.
