As a high-performing, fast-paced technology team, we leverage cutting-edge tools to deliver low-latency, high-throughput trading platforms. Our work spans across internal and external teams to create seamless, end-to-end electronic trading workflows that power critical financial operations.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building scalable, resilient, and high-performance trading infrastructure. You will lead the design and development of next-generation trading systems, collaborating across teams to drive innovation in a mission-critical environment. Beyond architecture and development, you will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and ensure the stability of production systems, including participation in off-hours or weekend support rotations as needed.
