The Software Technology Director serves as a key partner to the VP of Software, driving the organization's software, AI, and modernization strategy. This hands-on leadership role bridges strategic vision with execution, overseeing software engineering, AI-enabled solutions, application modernization, and enterprise integrations. The Director leads multiple delivery teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality outcomes across web platforms, .NET applications, and regulated systems.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, the role requires the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable roadmaps while managing parallel initiatives. The Director acts as a trusted advisor, providing transparency on delivery health, risks, and technical decisions, while fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
