About the Role
Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. As a strategic leader, you will define and execute retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, building scalable media offerings that drive incremental revenue.
You will partner with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams to integrate media into the customer journey, ensuring strong customer experience alignment. Working with third-party platforms like Epsilon, you will oversee campaign delivery, optimization, and performance measurement, providing critical insights to stakeholders and vendors. This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

Requirements
- verified8+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or ecommerce marketing
- verified3+ years leadership experience
- verifiedExperience with retail media platforms or ad tech
- verifiedStrong understanding of performance marketing
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer electronics or tech retail. Familiarity with Epsilon or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills.
