About the Role
Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. You will define and execute a comprehensive retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, building scalable offerings that drive incremental revenue.
In this position, you will partner with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams to integrate media into the customer journey. Your day-to-day will involve managing relationships with key vendor partners, creating co-op marketing programs, and overseeing campaign delivery and optimization using third-party platforms like Epsilon. This is an on-site role at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

Requirements
- verified8+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or ecommerce marketing
- verified3+ years leadership experience
- verifiedExperience with retail media platforms or ad tech
- verifiedStrong understanding of performance marketing
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer electronics or tech retail. Familiarity with Epsilon or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills.
