About the Role

Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. As a strategic leader, you will define the vision for our retail media ecosystem, bridging the gap between our physical stores and digital channels to create new revenue streams.

You will partner with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams to integrate media solutions seamlessly into the customer journey. Your day-to-day involves defining go-to-market approaches, managing relationships with key vendor partners, and overseeing the execution of campaigns through third-party platforms. This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.
