ABOUT THE ROLE
Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDefine and execute retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels
- check_circleBuild scalable media offerings that drive incremental revenue
- check_circleEstablish media packages, pricing models, and go-to-market approach
- check_circleDevelop and manage relationships with key vendor partners
- check_circleCreate co-op marketing programs and media packages
- check_circleWork with third-party platforms to execute vendor campaigns
- check_circleOversee campaign delivery and optimization
- check_circleManage external sales team, other partners and overall execution
- check_circleTrack metrics including ROAS, conversion, and revenue impact
- check_circleProvide insights to stakeholders and vendors
- check_circlePartner with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams
- check_circleLeverage Epsilon's platform to measure and optimize campaign performance
Requirements
- verified8+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or ecommerce marketing
- verified3+ years leadership experience
- verifiedExperience with retail media platforms or ad tech
- verifiedStrong understanding of performance marketing
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer electronics or tech retail. Familiarity with Epsilon or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills.
