About the Role
Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. As a strategic leader, you will define the vision for our retail media ecosystem, bridging the gap between our physical stores and digital channels to create new revenue streams. You will partner with merchandising, ecommerce, and marketing teams to integrate media solutions seamlessly into the customer journey, ensuring a strong customer experience while driving incremental revenue for the company and our vendor partners.
This position is based on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

Requirements
- verified8+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or ecommerce marketing
- verified3+ years leadership experience
- verifiedExperience with retail media platforms or ad tech
- verifiedStrong understanding of performance marketing
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer electronics or tech retail. Familiarity with Epsilon or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills.
