About the Role

Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. You will define and execute a comprehensive retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, building scalable offerings that drive incremental revenue.

In this position, you will establish media packages, pricing models, and a go-to-market approach while managing relationships with key vendor partners. You will oversee campaign delivery and optimization, working with third-party platforms like Epsilon to execute vendor campaigns. Success in this role requires partnering with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams to integrate media into the customer journey and ensure strong customer experience alignment.

This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.
