About the Role
Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking a Senior Director of Residential Programs & Staff Leadership to oversee programs and services at residential facilities. This full-time position is responsible for coaching program staff and ensuring compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree and have extensive experience in social services, particularly in administrative roles.
