About the Role
Horizon Farm Credit is actively recruiting a Director of Product & Business Solutions to join our Business Operations team. This is a strategic leadership opportunity designed for a forward-thinking leader who excels at translating business strategy into scalable solutions while building strong partnerships across the organization.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business leaders and execution. You will lead the Product & Business Solutions analysts to drive enterprise transformation, maximize technology value, and ensure business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered through systems, projects, data, and process improvement. Your mission is to shape direction while building organizational capabilities for the future, acting as the primary point of accountability for Business Solutions engagement with business owners and senior leaders.
While the position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment, the qualified candidate may work in any available Horizon Farm Credit branch location. Preferred locations include Mechanicsburg, PA, Winchester, VA, Mount Joy, PA, or Frederick, MD.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- verifiedMore than ten years of experience in product management, business solutions, or related disciplines
- verifiedFive or more years of supervisory experience preferred
