About the Team
Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking a dynamic cardiovascular leader to join a high-impact team with significant growth potential. This position partners closely with physicians and Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH) to support a growing cardiovascular service line, including the expansion to two Cath Labs and the development of a dedicated Cath Lab team.
About the Role
As the Director of Operations, you will provide strategic alignment and operational leadership across inpatient and outpatient services. Your day-to-day will involve driving efficiency and productivity within the Heart & Vascular Clinic, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Sonography, stress testing, and echo services. You will oversee hospital and clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery while fostering a collaborative work environment. Key to this role is implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the patient experience through continuous process improvements aligned with Mercy's mission and vision.
