About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Communications to lead and scale our worldwide PR function. This role will define and drive our global narrative, translating product innovation into compelling consumer stories that resonate across markets, media, and culture.

You will own the development and execution of high-impact communications strategies, leading earned media and product storytelling through both traditional and non-traditional tactics. A key part of your mission is to help shift communications from feature-led announcements to experience-led storytelling, helping consumers understand how technology shows up in real life during moments that matter. This role requires a leader who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level—building campaigns, guiding teams, and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Reporting to the VP of Communications, you will oversee a globally dispersed team. While the role is hybrid, candidates must be based in either New York or San Francisco.
