Director of Accounting - AI Trainer
Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Accounting to join our team with the primary objective of training advanced AI models. In this capacity, you will assess the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logical reasoning, and resolve issues to enhance the overall quality and accuracy of each model.
Success in this role requires an expert-level command of financial reasoning. Relevant expertise may also encompass, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Financial Accounting
- Investment Banking
- Wealth Management
- Insurance Planning
Key Responsibilities
- Design and provide diverse, complex problem sets for AI chatbots to solve.
- Evaluate the outputs generated by AI models to ensure correctness and high performance standards.
Qualifications
- Native or bilingual fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other reasoning exercises pertinent to financial management.
- A Master’s degree and/or PhD is preferred, though not strictly required.
Benefits and Compensation
- Work Arrangement: Full-time or part-time remote position.
- Flexibility: You have the autonomy to select specific projects and determine your own work schedule.
- Pay Structure: Projects are compensated hourly, starting at $50–$60 USD. Additional bonuses are available for high-quality and high-volume work.
