About the Role
As a Digital Project Manager at TransPerfect Translations, you will be a key player in executing SEO and PPC/Social Media Marketing projects from start to finish. You will serve as the single point of contact and accountability for the successful completion of these initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute SEO and PPC/Social Media Marketing projects from start to finish
- check_circleLiaise with Account Executives to confirm project instructions and parameters
- check_circleNegotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists to maximize profitability
- check_circleCoordinate with clients to advise on the best ways to accomplish project goals
- check_circleAssess keyword research and content optimization projects for quality checks
- check_circleBill projects completely and accurately within 24 hours of completion
- check_circleMake recommendations to management on ways to improve project processes
- check_circlePerform final quality checks and issue quality scores prior to job delivery
- check_circleInvestigate and resolve client complaints while implementing systemic changes
Requirements
- verified2+ years' experience as a project coordinator or project manager
- verifiedMinimum bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- verifiedExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- verifiedExperience working with Excel
- verifiedExperience working with SEMRush and Google Ad Words
Nice to Have
Prior translation industry experience, fluency in a foreign language, experience working with Excel, experience working with SEMRush and Google Ad Words.
