We are seeking a Digital Content & Paid Social Media Specialist to drive our paid social media strategy within the rare disease, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors. This role is designed for a candidate with deep expertise in navigating regulated environments, ensuring that all digital engagement aligns with strict compliance standards while effectively reaching target audiences.
You will serve as the bridge between creative storytelling and regulatory rigor. Your day-to-day involves executing and optimizing paid social campaigns, developing engaging digital content, and managing the critical MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review workflows. Success in this position requires a comfort with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs across different time zones and campaign cycles.
