About the Role
As a Dietitian Nutrition Services specialist, you will serve as a vital partner to other healthcare professionals, collaborating to develop personalized nutrition plans that drive optimal patient well-being. This role is designed for those who possess a deep understanding of nutritional science and a passion for promoting wellness and preventive care through balanced diet practices.
In this position, you will go beyond standard care by assessing individual nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to create scientifically effective and economically feasible meal plans. You will provide comprehensive nutrition interventions, document patient care services with precision, and evaluate the effectiveness of plans to ensure continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in educating patients with diet-related disorders, advising them on practical ways to adopt healthier eating habits, and promoting public health through community education on diet and nutrition.

Requirements
- verifiedRegistered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- verifiedLicensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia region
- verifiedCertified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) preferred
- verifiedExpertise in dietary software and patient documentation systems
