Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington, serving over 615,000 Kaiser Permanente members. Owned and led by physicians, our organization comprises board-certified doctors across 50+ specialties, supported by 300+ administrative professionals. We operate on a model where physicians earn competitive salaries without income tied to individual service volume, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care.
We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join our compassionate team in Portland, OR. This role is designed for a physician who thrives in an integrated setting, working alongside clinical colleagues and supportive staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in Body MRI, PET-CT, and/or Ultrasound, though fellowship training in Body is preferred rather than required.
In this position, you will perform fluoro-guided procedures, present regularly at conferences, and provide efficient consultations. You will be part of a team that values work-life balance, featuring a manageable call schedule divided equally among all Diagnostic Radiologists and a hybrid 4-day work week with overnight coverage provided by Nighthawk staff. The role offers opportunities for those interested in leadership positions within the medical group.
Interested applicants should be prepared to interact effectively with clinical colleagues and demonstrate their ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Please submit your application to join our team.
Northwest Permanente is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
