About the Role
We are looking for top-notch Developer Support Engineers to join our Atlanta office as partners rather than just employees. As the technical focal point for JFrog customers, you will troubleshoot complex CI/CD scenarios, develop automation scripts, and analyze system logs to provide innovative solutions. This role is designed for those seeking a wild ride and significant learning opportunities, where you will collaborate with R&D, QA, Release, and Sales teams to reproduce scenarios and improve our knowledge base.
Work Environment
JFrog embraces a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The role involves flexible hours and may require weekend availability to support customer needs.
