About the Role
As a Designer III, you will join a growth-oriented team where creativity meets innovation. In this role, you will create innovative concepts and documentation for interior design projects, presenting design options, shaping client goals, and building strong client relationships while driving design excellence.
You will guide the design process from concept through the Construction Administration phase, collaborating with project teams to ensure project outcomes meet design intent. A key part of your day involves providing direction to Design I or Designer II team members, supporting Senior Interior Designers with communication and presentations, and taking a leading role in design, documentation, and coordination. You will work independently to solve complex problems, balancing short-term priorities with long-term objectives to deliver design solutions that meet client needs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and execute interior design concepts and documentation from concept through construction administration
- check_circlePrepare and review interior design documentation using Revit and AutoCAD software
- check_circleCoordinate with furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet project design goals
- check_circleCreate 3D renderings, computer illustrations, and mood boards for client presentations
- check_circleManage submittal responses and design coordination during the construction administration phase
- check_circleProvide direction and mentorship to junior designers to create comprehensive design packages
- check_circleLead space planning, programming, and material selection processes for client projects
- check_circleSupport senior designers with design communications and presentations to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- verified7+ years' experience in Interior Architecture & Design
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in an accredited Interior Architectural related program (Preferred)
- verifiedProficiency in Revit documentation, Revit 3D & rendering, and BIM 360
- verifiedProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- verifiedProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- verifiedProficiency in SketchUp and/or Rhino
- verifiedKnowledge of 3D rendering software such as Enscape and Lumion
- verifiedKnowledge of building code
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in an accredited Interior Architectural related program.
