Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a dynamic, forward-thinking commercial real estate design firm. We provide professional architecture, interior design, civil engineering, branding, building measurement, structural engineering, and MEP engineering services to clients throughout the world. With office locations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, we specialize in the design of office, industrial, science & technology, healthcare, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and public/institutional projects.
Our firm is ranked among the top 10 Architecture/Engineering firms in Engineering News-Record's Top 500 Design Firms and the Top 30 Interior Design Firms in Interior Design magazine's Top 100 Giants. We are committed to a team-oriented, collaborative approach where every project is a blend of visionary design, seamless project delivery, and active engagement with both the community and the industry.
As a Designer III, you will join a growth-oriented team where creativity meets innovation. In this role, you will create innovative concepts and documentation for interior design projects, presenting design options, shaping client goals, and building strong client relationships while driving design excellence.
You will guide the design process from concept through the Construction Administration phase, collaborating with project teams to ensure project outcomes meet design intent. A key part of your day involves providing direction to Design I or Designer II team members, supporting Senior Interior Designers with communication and presentations, and taking a leading role in design, documentation, and coordination. You will work independently to solve complex problems, balancing short-term priorities with long-term objectives to deliver design solutions that meet client needs on time and within budget.
