About the Role
This position is contingent upon contract award. As the Deputy Site Manager, you will serve as a critical partner to the Site Manager and Enterprise Program Manager, supporting the execution, coordination, and oversight of all site operations. Your primary mission is to ensure operational efficiency, contract compliance, workforce performance, and continuity of support in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Government requirements, and established program guidelines.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for Government leadership, including the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), CLIN Manager, and Government Points of Contact (GPOCs). You will be responsible for directing contractor site resources, managing day-to-day operations within budget constraints, and leading a skilled workforce capable of performing all functions identified in the SOW. The role demands a proactive approach to monitoring financial activities, ensuring fiscal year execution alignment, and facilitating rapid response to operational issues or risks that could impact mission execution.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a Top Secret SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. The position is contingent upon the successful award of the underlying contract.
