About the Role

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. This role is designed for a provider who loves working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and who thrives in a collaborative team setting.

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients while supporting our mission to deliver excellent care in the community. You will be an integral part of the daily rhythm of our offices, participating in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and celebrate team achievements. Whether you are running a huddle or simply collaborating with your team, your role is to foster a positive image of the company and ensure every patient feels valued.

Our practices are equipped with modern technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. You will work alongside a dedicated support team, typically consisting of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. The patient base primarily consists of individuals aged 3 to 21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on the location, serving a mix of state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors.
