At Benevis, we are truly making the world a happier place, one smile at a time. We create over a million smiles a year in the communities we serve, driven by the belief that every person deserves access to quality, affordable dental care. With over 2,500 employees across the country, from clinical to support staff, we are united in our mission to create happy, healthy smiles for underserved families in a fun, compassionate environment.
We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This role is designed for a professional who loves working with children—who make up 70% or more of our patient base—and is eager to make an impact in the community. You will partner with a dedicated team to provide excellent dental care, helping to create memorable experiences for both children and adults.
In this position, you will be more than just a provider; you will be a culture carrier. You will participate in morning huddles to plan your day, run team meetings to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and actively promote a positive image of the company. You will work in a supportive environment with a consistent ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, ensuring you have the resources needed to deliver high-quality care.
To join our team, please submit your application highlighting your experience and passion for community dental care. We look for candidates who demonstrate compassion and a strong desire to serve diverse populations. Once selected, you will be matched with opportunities in our Kentucky locations, including Louisville, Elizabethtown, and Lexington, with travel expenses fully covered.
We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation. Benevis is an equal opportunity employer that does not practice unlawful discrimination, including harassment, in our workplace. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
