About the Role

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. This role is designed for a provider who loves working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and who thrives in a collaborative team setting.

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team, including a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Your day will involve participating in morning huddles to plan your schedule, highlighting great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and running team meetings to foster a culture of appreciation. You will also take care of your community by participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company.

Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates who are willing and able to cover a specific geographic area in Kentucky, including Louisville, Elizabethtown, and Lexington.
