About the Role

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This role is designed for a professional who loves working with children (who make up 70% or more of our patient base) and adults, and who thrives in a collaborative culture. You will partner with a dedicated team—including a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants—to provide excellent dental care and create memorable experiences for patients aged 3 to 21, as well as a significant adult population.

Beyond clinical duties, you will be an integral part of our daily rhythm. You will participate in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration, and even lead huddles to appreciate your team. You will also take care of your community by participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. Whether you are in Louisville, Elizabethtown, or Lexington, Kentucky, you will work in a practice equipped with digital x-rays, Panorex units, and DentaPro software, ensuring you have the tools to succeed.
