About the Role
We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This role is designed for a professional who loves working with children—who make up 70% or more of our patient base—and is eager to make an impact in the community. You will partner with a dedicated team to provide excellent dental care, helping us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.
In this position, you will be an integral part of our daily operations. You will participate in morning huddles to plan your day, run team meetings to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and actively promote a positive image of the company. You will work alongside a supportive team structure that includes one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, ensuring a smooth flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
