We are Dr. Tom and Dr. Dave, two dentists who have spent our careers building patient-first practices where teams are valued and doctors have a real voice. About the Role
This opportunity is designed for a dentist who shares our passion for patient care and values their craft. You will step into a brand-new facility equipped with the latest technology, including CBCT, digital X-rays, and scanners. Unlike traditional corporate settings, we offer full clinical autonomy and a support system built to help you grow rather than micromanage you.
We are looking for someone who cares deeply about their patients and team, believes in doing things the right way, and is ready to grow into ownership and leadership. This role offers a clear pathway to partnership that does not require a buy-in or financial investment from you.
