About the Role

We are immediately hiring a full-time General Dentist for our West Salem office in Salem, Oregon. This position is primarily focused on fee-for-service (FFS) patients, a model designed to allow our dentists to focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care. By operating outside of heavily insurance-driven models, this role offers greater clinical autonomy and the freedom to prioritize quality over volume.

The FFS structure supports stronger patient relationships and removes common administrative and reimbursement constraints.
