You will serve as a valued clinical partner to the doctor, enjoying the autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without the pressure of a rushed schedule.

What to Expect
You will manage a manageable schedule of 5–7 patients per day, ensuring time for thorough assessments and meaningful care. The role includes a structured two-week onboarding and training program to support a confident transition into patient care. You will utilize digital tools and workflows that streamline charting and support clinical decision-making, alongside hands-on experience with advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI.
You will also benefit from a partnership with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support, as well as ongoing learning and career growth through TAG University, offering in-person and virtual programs and continuing education to advance your career beyond the chair.
