About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be the cornerstone of preventive care, working closely with dentists and staff to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of treatment. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and patient education, fostering long-term oral health through personalized care plans.
In this position, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing. Your day will involve conducting thorough oral health assessments, reviewing patient histories, and utilizing digital imaging systems to capture and evaluate radiographs. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and disease prevention, ensuring they are empowered to maintain their health at home.
You will collaborate with the broader team to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation. By adhering to strict infection control and sterilization protocols, you will help maintain a safe and efficient practice environment.
