At Aspen Dental, dental hygienists are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers. You will serve as a valued clinical partner to the doctor, enjoying the autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without the pressure of a rushed schedule.
Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced hygienist, you will work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. What to Expect
You can expect manageable schedules designed to accommodate 5–7 patients per day, ensuring ample time for thorough assessments and meaningful care. The role includes a structured two-week onboarding and training program to support a confident transition into patient care. You will utilize digital tools and workflows that streamline charting and support clinical decision-making, alongside hands-on experience with advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI.
You will also benefit from a partnership with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support, as well as ongoing learning and career growth through TAG University, which offers in-person and virtual programs and continuing education to advance your career beyond the chair.

Fridays and one Saturday per month.
