Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. Your work ensures that our products are fresh, well-presented, and readily available to consumers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay driver, your day involves safely operating a company delivery truck to fulfill delivery and stocking deadlines. You will unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. A key part of your role is building promotional displays and maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Compensation and Incentives

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. There are opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
