About the Role

Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by using their own vehicles to deliver Amazon packages directly to customers. This position is designed for individuals who value flexibility and independence, allowing them to work on their own terms while contributing to the seamless delivery of goods to homes and businesses.

Drivers are responsible for the end-to-end delivery process within scheduled blocks. This includes picking up packages from an Amazon delivery station, securely loading them into their personal vehicle, and navigating delivery routes using the Amazon Flex app. The role emphasizes efficiency and accuracy, requiring drivers to deliver packages and capture delivery confirmation photos to ensure successful handoffs.

While the core of the role involves working scheduled delivery blocks, there are opportunities for additional income and flexibility. Drivers may accept extra blocks or remain on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high, such as during peak times, holidays, or other high-demand periods.
