Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. You are responsible for building positive relationships with store managers and staff, district, and regional managers, ensuring that our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed to drive sales.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with loading and unloading product, ensuring the safe operation of a company delivery truck. You will navigate your assigned route, meeting strict delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Once at each location, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and quality, and build promotional displays according to company merchandising standards. You will also track inventory, complete necessary route paperwork, and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company standards.
