Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy being on the move and building relationships within their local community.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

A key part of this role is maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. You will serve as the face of Frito-Lay, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction with customers while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a top priority. Drivers are responsible for safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, and adhering to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures. You must be able to load and unload product efficiently and safely.

Compensation and Benefits Overview

This role offers a competitive compensation package. The position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. There are opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
