About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining the freshness and availability of our products for customers.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to visit assigned stores. You will be responsible for unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. A key part of your role involves building promotional displays and tracking inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will also complete necessary route paperwork and adhere to all delivery and stocking deadlines.

Throughout your route, you will follow strict company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable. Your ability to maintain a professional demeanor and foster strong relationships with store personnel is essential to success in this role. Whether you are managing high-volume routes or ensuring precise merchandising, you play a critical part in keeping our stores well-stocked and our customers satisfied.
