Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will rotate product to ensure freshness and build promotional displays to drive engagement. Maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff is key, as you will interact regularly with store managers and staff.

Beyond logistics, you will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all deliveries and stocking tasks are met on time. You will follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while upholding a professional relationship with customers and store managers.
