About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our products and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Your primary mission is to ensure that our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed, while maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with safely operating a delivery truck, adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, ensuring that all delivery and stocking deadlines are met for your assigned stores. Once on-site, you will actively engage in merchandising tasks, including rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that drive sales. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company standards.
