Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining a professional presence in the community.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to visit assigned stores. You will be responsible for unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. A key part of your day involves building promotional displays and tracking inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will also complete necessary route paperwork and adhere to all delivery and stocking deadlines.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a core value at Frito-Lay. Drivers are expected to follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures at all times. When applicable, you must adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Your ability to load and unload product safely and efficiently is essential to maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. Compensation includes opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses and sales incentives, particularly for high-volume routes.
