About the Role

Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers utilize their own vehicles to deliver Amazon packages directly to customers on scheduled delivery blocks. This role is designed to ensure timely and reliable delivery of packages to homes and businesses, playing a crucial part in the customer experience.

Day in the Life

As an Amazon Flex Driver, your day involves picking up packages from an Amazon delivery station and loading them into your personal vehicle. You will follow delivery routes using the Amazon Flex app, ensuring efficient navigation to each destination. Upon arrival, you will deliver the packages and take delivery confirmation photos to verify completion.

While the position is based on scheduled delivery blocks, drivers may have the opportunity to accept additional blocks or remain on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high. This flexibility allows drivers to adapt to varying levels of demand and potentially increase their earnings during peak times, holidays, or high-demand delivery periods.
