Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations across your assigned route. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

This position is more than just driving; it is about building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will operate a company delivery truck, manage inventory, and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. Your work directly impacts the availability and freshness of products for our customers, playing a key role in the success of our brand.

What You Will Do

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in our supply chain and customer service operations. Your day-to-day activities include:

• Delivery and Logistics: Safely operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores, ensuring timely arrivals and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Stocking and Merchandising: Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays according to company merchandising standards.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, complete route paperwork, and ensure stores are properly stocked to meet customer demand.
• Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, addressing any concerns and ensuring a professional interaction at every location.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures. When applicable, adhere to DOT regulations to ensure safe operation of the vehicle.
