Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver - $28-$36/hr

Role Overview

Frito-Lay is currently recruiting Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to manage assigned routes. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at various retail locations, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a company-provided delivery truck in compliance with all safety policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations where applicable.

• Delivery and Stocking: Deliver products to assigned stores, unload merchandise, and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards.

• Product Management: Rotate product to ensure freshness and build promotional displays to maximize visibility and sales.

• Inventory and Administration: Track inventory levels, complete necessary route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked.

• Customer Relations: Maintain professional and positive relationships with store managers and staff while meeting strict delivery and stocking deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Structure

• Base Pay: The position typically offers an annual salary between $60,000 and $75,000, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour.

• Additional Earnings: Opportunities exist for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product display performance. High-volume routes may offer increased earning potential.
