About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations across your assigned route. You will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising our products while building positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.
Day in the Life
As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to your assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating items to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain accurate inventory records. Completing route paperwork and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards are key parts of your daily routine. You will work to meet delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
